If so, online coaching could be ideal for you. It’s more flexible than face to face personal training, not to mention more affordable too.
What does online coaching include?
Full programming with exercise prescription, sets, repetitions, rest periods etc so you know exactly what to do within your session
Video demonstrations of each exercise so you’re using correct form to get the most out of your workouts and avoid injury
A clear calendar layout so you know exactly what you’re doing on which day
Regular communication with me for constant guidance, accountability and encouragement
Recommendations on any equipment you could get to assist in your progress

How does online coaching work?
It all starts with an initial phone call which will give us an opportunity to get to know one another better. We will discuss your goals, training experience, injury history etc, as well as what you’ve struggled with in the past and how I can help you to overcome these obstacles.
If you wish to move forwards, we will schedule a zoom call (if we can’t meet in person due to locations) so that I can perform a thorough movement assessment. This will help me understand more about your needs and what exercise prescription would benefit you the most.
After the assessment, I will build a bespoke programme for you, that’s tailored specifically to your needs and objectives. This will be shared on an app that you can access via your phone or computer. You will confirm when each workout is completed, and you will have the option to leave any feedback on any part of the workout to ensure we make any necessary changes.
Throughout the programme we’ll be in regular contact via WhatsApp or through the training app, so I can answer any of your questions. Or there is also an option to schedule a fortnightly check in phone call to help with both accountability and motivation.

Will I need a gym membership?
No but it would certainly help. If you’d rather train at home, I will write your programme using the equipment you have. If you’d like to own more kit but you’re not sure what to get, I’d happily offer some recommendations.
How long is the programme?
How often will I train?
Can I do online coaching as a beginner?
Yes definitely. However, in my experience, those new to training can be more unsure and apprehensive about their exercise technique. If this is the case, you can send me a video of your form. I will assess it and we can make any necessary changes together.
I’m under 18 years old. Can I still take part in online coaching?
I’ve had some health issues in the past, can I take part in online coaching?
