In-Person Coaching

If so, golf-specific strength and conditioning could hugely benefit you. I offer bespoke in-person sessions from my private studio in Petts Wood, Kent.

One-to-one training all starts with an initial consultation where we’d discuss your goals, training experience, injury history, etc.

Then a movement screening is performed to identify what restrictions you currently have, and which specific areas need to be worked on. With all this information, we’re able to begin a training programme that’s specifically tailored to you and your objectives.

Sessions are one hour long and take place at my private studio in Petts Wood, Kent. The gym is fully kitted out with everything you need to progress, including resistance training equipment, conditioning tools and cardio machines. There are also changing and showering facilities on site if required.

Session prices

There are no memberships or contracts at the gym. You simply purchase your sessions, book in a time and train. Prices are as follows:
